Yes, this collection is very close to my heart, it is special indeed, because it revolves around animals, dogs, cats, goats, birds, horses with close connection to famous Indians – the side of their lives which we seldom hear about.

Yes, thanks I have managed to kindle it and will enjoy reading. I was in India several times but a long time ago as part of my university research. Linguistics. Now my love is nature. I hope in my Navaselva series my animals will get to India. I am hopefully on a too short birdwatching trip to Kerala in November if world events do not get in the way.

Linguistics is such an interesting subject. And India is a treasure trove of many many languages. Each language here has so many dialects, it’s really mind boggling.
Nature is something all of us really belong to, and those of us who realise it and can get closer to it are really blessed.
Kerala is really a little piece of heaven on earth. If you can reach the right spots, it is really worthwhile. I myself have not visited Kerala. It is something on my bucket list.
