This is actually. The story is based on a real character from my childhood, a sweet maker who looked and behaved in the same way. I have fictionalised the story though. And he did have a very annoying and ear deafening yawn.

Thank you Sumita. I am so happy that you liked this story. Yes, it is a stark portrayal of North Kolkata. It is actually an area where I grew up. This sweet shop and Potey, his Give goja and Samosa really existed. The Hindustani angle is fictional though.
